I have just had a phone call from Jon. He is sitting on Bridgenorth station having been talking to members of the Sir Nigel Gresley Trust. They have been working on the engine today and are hoping to have it running in the morning. Jon is intending to be in Bridgenorth by about 9.30 am.
Sir Nigel Gresley is an A4 (same as The Mallard) and is running in its LNER black livery under the number 4498.
