It would be very helpful if members could bring in images which could be used in an article about the club. Jon will be having a meeting tomorrow and will taking sample images to illustrate our work. He would particularly like images from our practical sessions.
Don’t forget the BBC Four series on photography. “Britain in focus: A Photographic History. In a series of three programs Eamonn McCabe explores how science and technology allowed pioneering photographers like Roger Fenton and Julia Margaret Cameron to create a new art form. Although this series has finished it is still available on iPlayer and can be downloaded and kept for 18 days or streamed for immediate viewing.
