Update.

A reminder that we have a display in the Central Library until the 6th March. It will be taken down on Monday at 10am. Any volunteers are very welcome.

On the 22nd March we have the pleasure of a visit from an Express and Star reporter.

We have booked another “Studio Session” for the 24th of March. At the Institute as before 7.30 to 9.30. A model has been booked for that session. Cost will be split between the members participating.

Starting on Monday, on BBC Four a new series on photography is starting. “Britain in focus: A Photographic History. In a series of three programs Eamonn McCabe explores how science and technology allowed pioneering photographers like Roger Fenton and Julia Margaret Cameron to create a new art form.
